Reduce pressure on the knee during everyday movement with an adjustable unloader brace that provides medial-lateral support for osteoarthritis, ligament injuries, post-surgical recovery, and other conditions affecting one compartment of the knee.
Adjustable knee unloader support
Designed to reduce bone-on-bone discomfort and load on the affected side of the joint, this varus-valgus corrector can help improve daily mobility and may help delay knee replacement surgery. It is intended for non-contact activities and for unicompartmental knee conditions that require load reduction.
Features
- Universal adjustable fit: The brace accommodates most men and women, including plus-size users, with thigh circumference up to 30 inches. Select the appropriate left- or right-leg version when ordering.
- Lightweight construction: Foam cushioning and medical-grade molded plastic create a low-profile support designed to limit skin irritation and sensitivity.
- Medial or lateral pressure adjustment: Adjustable struts provide stability, reduce pressure on either the inner or outer knee, and can be fine-tuned with the included tools.
- Quick-release buckles: The strap system simplifies putting the brace on and taking it off.
- Non-slip interior: The inner surface helps keep the brace positioned securely during extended wear.
- Motion control inserts: Optional flexion and extension stops help limit excessive bending and protect against hyperextension, making them useful during post-operative care or injury recovery.
Conditions and use
This knee brace may be used for osteoarthritis pain, rheumatoid arthritis, bone-on-bone cartilage wear, meniscal cartilage changes or derangement, tibial plateau fractures, avascular necrosis, and articular cartilage defect repair.
Size and wearing guidance
For sizing, sit with your leg extended and measure the circumference six inches above and six inches below the kneecap. Use the sizing chart shown in the product images. The brace may be worn directly against the skin or over pants and is suitable for standing, sitting, and non-contact activities.
The included tools allow hinge adjustments. If the supplied hex wrench is misplaced, a standard 3.0 hex wrench can be used. Consult your physician for individualized instructions, particularly during recovery from surgery or injury.
