The LumaStride Foot EMS Red Light Belt combines red and infrared light therapy with electrical muscle stimulation in a wrap designed to cover the ankle and calf. It is intended to support circulation and metabolism, address diabetic foot conditions, ease body discomfort, and relieve muscle strain.
Dual-wavelength therapy and EMS
The belt uses 200 LEDs at 660 nm and 400 LEDs at 850 nm. Visible 660 nm red light is absorbed by the skin to support collagen production, circulation, metabolism, and skin repair. Invisible 850 nm infrared light reaches through the epidermis, dermis, and subcutaneous tissue to a depth of approximately 40 mm, helping expand local blood vessels, improve circulation, support detoxification and recovery, enhance oxygenation, and reduce inflammation.
EMS sends electrical impulses that produce muscle contractions to assist with pain relief and muscle strengthening. Six EMS programs are available, with nine intensity levels for each mode. Red light and infrared light may be operated separately or together. The controller also provides three temperature settings and allows the therapy program to be adjusted.
Fit and construction
Made from SBR, the flexible belt measures 33 × 5.1 inches (85 × 13 cm), or 762 × 127 mm, and is shaped to wrap around the ankle and calf. Three flexible belts are included to help secure the wrap.
Recommended use and care
- Use for 20 minutes per session.
- Apply 1–2 times daily to the same area.
- Continue use for a minimum of 4 weeks.
- Unplug the belt after each session and store it in a cool, dry place.
- Remove sweat with a lightly damp cloth.
- Do not fold or squeeze the belt. Roll it loosely to help protect the flexible PCB board.
